Chocolate Sauce – Good for adding to Mochachino or Desert

- 1 Cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup Cream (Optional)
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together
- Boil 2-5 minutes on high stirring rapidly until sauce begins to thicken (sometimes may take a little longer)
- Let it cool If you are using this as a desert topping, add the cream and stir it in, otherwise this stores nicely in the fridge as a nice additive to your morning coffee
